Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the growth of Way of Kings. As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to acquire, engage, and retain users across various digital channels. You will leverage data-driven insights and innovative marketing tactics to optimize user acquisition, drive revenue growth, and maximize the lifetime value of our players.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our mobile games.
  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, mobile advertising networks, email, influencer partnerships, and more.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and user data to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to refine marketing strategies, messaging, and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, analytics, and creative to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product roadmap.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile marketing and gaming to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and achieve growth targets.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Min. 4 years experience in mobile marketing, preferably in the gaming industry, with a track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid social, display advertising, ASO, SEO, email marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and a drive to innovate and experiment with new marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
