Job Overview

As a Data Analyst at Gameflex, you'll be responsible for analyzing player behavior data to uncover valuable insights that drive game design, monetization strategies, and user acquisition efforts. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, game design, marketing, and engineering, to ensure that decisions are data-driven and aligned with our business objectives.

Note: We are also open to candidates with strong 3D animation skills who are willing to learn rigging after joining the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality character animations for mobile gameplay and cinematic sequences using Blender
  • Rig characters, creatures, and objects for animation, ensuring efficiency and flexibility
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement animations into Unity
  • Work closely with the art team to maintain consistent visual quality and style
  • Troubleshoot and refine animations and rigs as needed for performance and visual fidelity on mobile platforms
  • Maintain and update animation and rigging documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of animation pipelines and workflows
  • Stay up to date with the latest animation tools, trends, and techniques
Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in 3D animation and rigging, preferably in the gaming industry
  • Proven experience in 3D animation and rigging for games (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in Blender is a must
  • Solid understanding of human and creature anatomy and motion principles
  • Experience with skinning, weight painting, and bone systems
  • Having experience with Unity
  • Having experience working within an Agile environment (Scrum)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through animation
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
